In 2002 I was lucky to be part of the organization of the Rally dos Sertoes, being one of the 80 guards that make sure that the road is free during the day. That gave me the opportunity to witness how such an event is organized, and at the same time enjoy a trip through the inlands of Brazil.
It was a great experience, that I will not repeat, although it is a yearly event. It is simply to exhausting.
